We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Time

• All bags are handmade, so processing times may vary.

• Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

• Custom orders require additional time depending on the design and will be processed within the timeframe discussed at purchase.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

• All orders are shipped via Evri.

• Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to Evri delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Tracking

• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by Evri.

• If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact Evri directly for assistance.
