Thank you for supporting handmade products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Handmade Items (Non-Custom)
All of our bags are handmade with care. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations in color, size, and stitching are normal and are not considered defects.
• We do not offer refunds or returns on handmade bags unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
• Once approved, you have a choice to either get a refund or a replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Custom Orders
All custom orders are final sale.
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted on custom-made items.
• This includes items made to order, personalized designs, custom colors, sizes, or any special requests.
• Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
• Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
