Thank you for supporting handmade products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Handmade Items (Non-Custom)

All of our bags are handmade with care. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations in color, size, and stitching are normal and are not considered defects.

We do not offer refunds or returns on handmade bags unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, you have a choice to either get a refund or a replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion.


Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted on custom-made items.

This includes items made to order, personalized designs, custom colors, sizes, or any special requests.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered

Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
